What if my email has changed?

If you already registered for the emails please re-register to confirm the correct email address.  Check your spam/junk email box as well.

I am receiving the wrong age group?

At the bottom of each email you can change your preferences.  Click on the link and click on the correct age group.  The next plan you receive will be the new age group.

What if the drills seem to advanced for the group I am coaching?

I deleted the practice plan for this week how can I get another copy?

Can I contact someone if I have questions about the drills?

I am having trouble opening the written version of the practice plan?
